Anchor bolts pre-embedded methods

There are generally two methods.

One is the one-time pouring method; the other is the second pouring method with reserved pits. The former method requires the measuring builders to arrange a high-precision grid first, and the central axis of each column is measured to the appropriate height around, generally exceeding the thickness of the bottom plate by about 10cm; 

The second method is secondary pouring method with reserved pits. After the bottom plate is poured and the initial setting is completed,  test the plane control net and the central axis of the column to the circumference of each reserved pit. 

The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. The former has a good anti-leakage effect, but the anchor bolts are easily displaced during the concrete pouring process after the positioning of the anchor bolts, and the bolt positioning accuracy is low; the latter has high positioning accuracy of the anchor bolts, but two Improper handling of the second pouring can easily cause leakage.
